The Best Boudin ever!! Not greasy. Always full of people which confirms it is delicious!!

The absolute BEST boudin, boudin balls & cracklin you can get. The best. Don't think too many will argue with that.
Driving through Louisana trying to find a place for homemade cracklins and boudin. My wife found this place on her phone, and we decided to give it a shot. OH MY GOD, those pepperjack cheese-stuffed boudin balls are THE BEST!!!!! Sausages are pretty dang tasty there too, and the prices are just right. Next time we are driving on I-49 around that area, it will be a guaranteed stop!
