Cracklins have great flavor, not greasy. Crawfish pies are the Best!
We stop in here every time we are down from Shreveport. Got in line in front of really nice guy. Turned out to be Billy. Just tried the new breakfast sausage he recommended to us. It is really delicious. Thanks for the personal service. Very friendly

Love this place! We eat hot smoked boudin and saltines there while we get ready to stock up on frozen to bring home. Best in LA that we have found yet. Be prepared for a line and a bit of a wait as they do a lot of well earned business. It's worth the wait and we will be there again in August for more. Access from I-49 is quick and easy. My favorites from Billy's = the boudin balls and spicy boudin but ALL if it is top notch.
