The pepper jack boudin balls are amazing ! I live in Chicago Heights, IL and just got the privilege to enjoy this tasty dish. Smoked boudin will touch your soul. Best hands down! The ladies that took care of me were wonderful. Very satisfied Fatboy here.
While the food is good, it sickened me to order and the young lady who's standing at the hot case is tying her head rag. Then she makes and attempt to confirm my order and prepare it. I stopped her and asked to wash her hands. She prolonged and whispered to her coworker. This behavior is what gives people reason to never visit the establishment again. Disgusted!!!
The food is delicious! I highly recommend the crawfish boudin ball!
