My experience with this office was amazing. Dr. Billy made my daughter who was very nervous, very comfortable and at ease. The staff and front office did the same as well and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Billy and staff. :)

Excellent quality in a compassion environment sums up our experience with all 3 of our children. From check in to check out, efficient, clean, and never left with any questions. Follow up after procedure was exceptional also. We highly recommend Dr. Billy and his office. Awesome physician and staff!

I met Dr. Billy in the emergency room a few years ago and he was wonderful. I had an abscess and he was the dentist that was there that day. He was very polite to me and my daughter who was present. Dr. Billy went above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Billy. Whenever someone bring up about their dentist I always mentioned his name. He left quite an impression. If I did not have a dentist already Dr. Billy would be my choice. Thank you Dr. Billy. Kim Hughes

i strongly would recommend Dr. Billy and his staff. I had six teeth that needed removed. Dr. Billy explained very clearly what the procedure would be. His staff treats everyone politeness and courtesy , that you expect from a doctor and his staff.

I had an abscessed tooth. Dr. Billy was able to see me in an emergent situation. He was very professional, kind, & efficient & so was his staff at both the Austintown & Boardman offices. I received verbal & written home going instructions that were very thorough & easy to understand. Dr. Billy prescribed me medications that I felt very confident would help me fully recover. I had very good follow up post procedure. Thanks Dr. Billy & I would highly recommend!

I would like to thank Dr. Billy and his office staff for taking care of my needs the last 3 months. I'm currently a cancer patient and had a re-action to one of my meds that effected my jaw. It cause great discomfort. When ever I had a problem they made sure to accommodate my needs even the same day they would fit me into a busy schedule. Thank you for the great service and care. Dan

Dr. Billy is a very professional/ highly qualified and personable Dr. The office visits for my children have made them feel very comfortable prior to surgery. The staff are very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Billy, we felt like one of his own family.

Dr. Billy took the time to squeeze me into his schedule after I was having major dental pain. Dr. Billy and staff could not have been more accomidating and professional during the entire procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Billy to anyone that is having oral surgery.

Dr Billy extracted two of my teeth today. I'm amazed at how pain free and how fast the procedure was done!He was non judgemental and very welcoming. I am completely satisfied with him! It was such a relief to have a pleasant experience! His office is very clean and his staff seemed to be stand offish at first, but, they seemed to warm up by the time I had to leave.We all have bad days, I guess.
