My sister was recently in the Hospital in Baton Rouge and living in Florida I had no clue where to go to send flowers to her, saw your reviews on facebook and was very happy that I did. We were in town for business and needed an arrangement for a photo shoot. We showed the girls at the Government St. location a picture we wanted to replicate and our budget and they hooked it up! My delivery was missed on Valentine's Day, but the team at Billy Heroman's did a great job resolving the issue and making sure we were happy. My flowers weren't delivered on the day they needed to be, but in the end they showed that customer satisfaction is high on their priority list. I would recommend and use them again.
