I do not recommend Billy Heromans. I live out of state and wanted to order my grandma flowers for her birthday and was very disappointed of the quality. It was the standard boutique but was not worth the money spent. Delivery was convenient and easy to order but very disappointed with the quality.

This was my first time using Billy’s. I had never heard or knew of anything that they have done before but I had someone that was needing a pick me up and Billy’s was the first one that popped up! I’m glad it did and made the choice to use them! Great website access, easy to order, and just so pleasant! I definitely recommend if you are looking for a good florist delivery in the Baton Rouge area!

The customer service was unbelievable! My bouquet went missing and they sent another arrangement out the SAME DAY with no questions asked! Will definitely continue to use this company in the future for all of my flower deliveries 😊
