I am updating my review as since my original post Billy Heroman's contacted me by phone the next day and sent out a new bouquet that was significantly nicer. My daughter was very happy with her new birthday bouquet and I was no longer embarrassed. Thank you for the quick response and correction, it was not expected and was much appreciated!!
