Let’s see!!! You were suppose to deliver my Valentine bouquet to me Thursday at work but you didn’t get there before we closed!! So you talked with my husband and promised to deliver them to me on Friday at my work which he told you we closed at 1:00 and you promised to have them there by noon!! They should give a timeframe that deliveries will be arriving.. We were stuck at home all day waiting for a delivery for Valentine's Day.
Had difficulties with delivery. Katia did her best. Customer service “Jonathan” called and made things better. Good response.

Excellent customer service. A mistake was made and instead of a wristlet, a corsage we ordered came with pins. The mistake was not noticed until the teens went to take pics before the dance. We called the store literally at closing time. A huge thanks to Ann for sending an employee to where my son and his date were taking pictures so it could be fixed. You went above and beyond what most businesses would do and it is very much appreciated!!!
Our family was So very Grateful for the 2 beautiful flower arrangements for Kurt, my Brother, who has been in the Hospital. The 2 gentlemen who personally delivered them was appreciated by Kurt! Blessings <3
