We worked with both Brent and Josh. They were both very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions.
Excellent customer service at Quicklane! A little bummed my car wasn't vacuumed and windows weren't washed but for the price... you can't beat it.
Originally gave them a 1 star review due to an issue with the lugs nuts. Got off the phone with the service manager and they are working to make the situation right. Will update again after. I will give it to the service manager for prompt investigation into the situation and working on correcting it as soon as possible.
I highly recommend! Brent C. made my car buying experience a very smooth process. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find me exactly what I wanted! Awesome customer service and I'm loving my new car.
It's the best. I will go back when I want to deal again. The help is superior. There was nothing that we were not pleased with.

Zach and Travis at Billion are awesome. I went in there for a nice smaller vehicle and walked out with what I wanted. They were so helpful, nice, and understanding of my needs. I will not go to anybody else from now on! The best car shopping experience I've had!!!!
Service was great here! They weren’t pushy about trying to get you to do all this other work. We used to take our vehicles to Nissan in Mason City. We won’t anymore! Thanks guys!
