I often use the quick lane at Billion Ford for oil changes. I was in a hurry the other day and they made sure to get me in and get my car taken care of and even a free car wash. I was happy with the service and the employees are always friendly and willing to explain issues that come up during inspection.
They were very prompt in getting to my vehicle and asked for permission to do extra things during the service. They recommended maintenance that should be done at different intervals but did not pressure me to do them.
We had looked at every car in Mason City and a few dealerships in Minneapolis. Had been looking on Car Guru also. Found a super clean low mileage car for my son at Billion. Glad car shopping is done!
We had a recall on my nephew's mustang. They got it in pretty quick, and got it done really fast! They were really nice, the place was clean and bright. We'd definitely go there again if needed!
