Great service. Friendly staff.
Very fast service, but did not get a car wash. I wish they would let you know on there web site that they do not change tranny fulid on weekends. Now I will have to take time and try to get back during the week to get that done and spend more money to get that done in the service dept. Plus as I was sitting in the car looking at my bill, there was stuff they did not tell me about, I had to go ask them. The price on the works oil change is a great deal.
Chuck from the service department was a phenomenal guy, super nice to me and my wife both, more than willing to sit down and explain things... jus a stand up guy, super hard to find anyone like him anymore. and Josh, super nice guy, not pushy for a sale and wanted to make sure we were in the correct vehicle, wasn't afraid to make sure we were taken care of and happy.... and to Grand for being a face to talk to and explaining all the little details.... thank you to all!!!
Thanks to Brent for helping us find exactly the car our daughter needed after hers was totaled by the flooding. He was very knowledgeable about cars, professional, and found the car we wanted at a great price! We compared cars and prices at many places and Billion beat them all. If you want to buy a new or used car go see Brent Christeson and know they have a huge inventory online they can bring in (we got the car we wanted the next day!) and the process will be smooth and easy!
