When this was run by Pritchard’s it sucked. Now that Billion runs the service and showroom they do a much better job. We brought our Escape in shortly after the conversion from Pritchard’s to Billion and it was in Billion that pointed out 2 broken motor mounts and then fixed it under warranty. I am certain this problem existed when Pritchard’s ran the dealership but they failed to either discover it or disclose it. I’d recommend Billion in Clear Lake to anyone.
