Charged me for a 1200 job to ground and update my outlets on a home I purchased. They didn't finish the job cause they couldn't find out how to ground them and had to fight with them stating they had to do any outlets by 6 feet of a water source by law. Replaced maybe 1/3 of the outlets at the end of it. Very rude and unprofessional. Definitely wasn't 1200 for the work they did.
Wanted to hire them for a 200 Amp service upgrade. Had them come out on April 5th 2021 for the estimate and explicitly asked if the work can be completed in the from 04/22 - 04/30. I was assured it could. Filled out the form for Xcel Energy for them to upgrade the service but nothing ever happened. 05/07 I finally called Xcel and they told me they never received any work order for the address.
