First time leasing a car and overall felt very welcomed while at Nissan. Answered all the questions we had and was even willing to go the extra mile at times to accommodating my needs. Have definitely earned a loyal customer out of me based on my experience.
My experience at bill Ray Nissan was excellent. I purchased a Nissan Altima from Murphy Santana. During the process he took great care to get me into a car that was suitable for my family and I. The whole experience was great I never felt pressured to make a purchase and my mind was totally at ease.

I have been leasing cars every 2.5-3 years with this dealership since 2005, and they have always accommodated my needs for what I expect in my cars and what I am willing to pay. There is no dog and pony show as far as the silly negotiating games many dealerships play. They seem to truly understand that an honest process and good customer relations guarantees repeat business. When it came time to get a new car I went back to the same salesman, Murphy Santana, to get my new Nissan. There are 3 dealerships that are closer to me, but the drive that I make to get there is way worth it. Their sales, finance and service team are excellent. I have no complaints in all of the years I have gone there with my first car from them enough that I went back for my second car. They gave me the best rate in town compared to the other dealerships. I bought my 370z from them 2 weeks ago. Part of the deal was they were to install a rear spoiler on the car. The whole experience was very professional and prompt. They called me 2-3 days after I purchased the car and scheduled the installation. I brought the car in around 10am and was told it would take until around 3 to finish. I asked if they could get it done sooner because I had things to do later. They called me back within 2 hours and it was competed. I also asked to have the oil changed.
