Had to visit to correct a stuck grey water valve. The found a crimp in cable, replaced it, also replaced a faulty back up camera and we were able to bring camper home same day without making a separate 2 hour trip down. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Took my motorhome in July 12 2017 . It is now July 24 2017 . Oil change on engine and generator and check ac . So far oil changes . Said could no check generator because the house batteries were dead . I also wanted them to check leveling jacks . Said waiting on Winnebago for spring price . If I had not called nothing would have been done. Called today and left message no reply . I did tell them to put new batteries . I will try again tomorrow to make contact with the service department . No answers just got to leave message... read more
We planned to visit them while in Raleigh and they were nothing short of rude. Most units were locked and when we asked to see some the young man who opened them opened a few with a totally rude attitude and stamped off without speaking to us. At no point did anyone ask if they could help us or welcome us. After hitting at least a half dozen still locked units we simply left. And even though there were a couple of sales reps nearby no one even spoke to us then. Will never return.
First time buyer. I bought a very tiny camper compared to other things on the lot, but they didn't treat me any differently. Super friendly and attentive. Thanks guys!
