**LONG REVIEW, BUT IMPORTANT** I truly am a very understanding person and rarely leave reviews for bad experiences but I felt this needed to be shared to warn others. I gave them a lot of chances. If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is awful. To start, we inquired on a 2020 ******** ******* on 4/18/22. A sales rep got back to us in a timely manner to let us know it was available. We then had our trade valued. Mrs. ******* was never at our store. All her correspondences were done over the phone. She originally started with a new sales guy. He had three deals he was working at one time. He called Mrs. ******* thinking he was talking to one of his other customers that he had just spoken too. That is why he told her she was approved and scheduled for demo. Mrs. ******* had not submitted a credit application yet, so he was obviously talking to the wrong customer. After the back and forth of her questioning her credit being pulled and ... read more

RecommendedAbsolutely love this place, Spencer, the service and parts team, they are just all-around great people. My wife and I bought a trailer from them after visiting other local campers/trailer businesses. The other places were very sales focused and really didn't care about building a long term relationship. We also appreciated their knowledge of the industry and the ability to talk us through what we were buying and give us different points of view. A big thank you to the Team at Bill Plemmons!!!

Delivered a new 42 foot Momentum this morning. Check in and making a satisfied delivery went pleasant.
We just purchased a 2021 Grand Design Imagine. we started out just looking. Aaron Painter was so patient and informative. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. We looked at so many lite RVs. and we looked at them again. So patient and wanted us to make an informed decision. Once the decision was made, everything else was a breeze. A superb experience buying our new RV from Bill Plemmons! We had the best customer service from Spencer Taylor through the entire process. Spencer was straight forward about the whole purchase, and continued excellent communication with us up to the day and after our purchase! We just purchased our first RV this weekend. Spencer gave us excellent service. He had the RV hooked up and cooled off when we arrived and answered all our questions. He was very helpful and we are super excited to be working with such a fantastic dealership!
