Everyone greeted us as we came in the building! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Spencer for all his help and getting us all set with our first ever camper purchase. Mike the technician was amazing in explaining everything on our walk through as well as the parts guys and Jamie in finance! All around nice people! I would definitely reccomend them!
look around for a few months for a camper that would fit our families needs stop by and seen Kyle Taylor and in 30 mins found the perfect fit for us. the Puma 32 RBFQ. Kyle explained to us the pros and cons a couple models but the puma was perfect and after a few trips we have made the right decision. the day we picked up Mike went in good detail how to use everything. I have used Bill Plemmons RV for a recent repair and was very happy with the service team - Matt who navigated my problem brake controller through the process repair process; Bobby who spent a lot of time and experienced expertise to figure out what was wrong with it and then Chris when I picked it up who patiently helped my hook-up for my first RV adventure. Great service. Matt in the service department is very professional and really works with the customer in order to meet their needs. I am so glad I researched dealerships before purchasing as in my opinion, you can't beat a lifetime warranty!
