I have bought 2 Jayco campers from Bill Plemmons in the past 7 years and have been very happy with their commitment to quality service and customer care. I bought both campers at the Winston Salem location, but have all my service work done in Raleigh. Matt at the Raleigh location takes excellent care of my needs, keeps me informed of progress and is quick to respond when I have a question.
Love the lifetime warranty on the appliances. I appreciate their customer service.
Professionality and knowledge
This shout out to Bill Plemmons RV in Raleigh is overdue. We bought a 2019 Grand Design Solitude 5er in March and love it. Joe Vartuli is an exceptional salesman. No pressure, just losts of knowledge from owning an RV himself. And he went to bat for us with the sales manager and we got a very good price! We recently purchased our 2020 Flagstaff Super Lite 26RBWS from Plemmons in Raleigh. They were terrific on delivery day. They were very deliberate and patient in doing our walk through and ensured all our questions were answered. They set up our tow vehicle and hitch and ensure we were level and safe. I would recommend Plemmons for your RV purchase. We have heard great things from others when we mention their name. We look forward to continuing our relationship for the service of our trailer.
Logan in sales was outstanding. Barry was a big help with parts and did a great job on the walkthrough. Kevin was outstanding outside doing the necessary setup and placing vent covers. Overall a very good experience. Thank you all.

Amazing selection, prices, and customer service!! We found a toy hauler that is perfect for our family. Spencer Taylor is a fantastic guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and super friendly!
