Dr. Smith read the results of my MRI and was very thorough in his evaluation for my course of action. He told me that some injections could be covered under insurance and that his office would check with my insurance company. The next day I phoned to set up an appointment only to find out that their office chooses not to file insurance on the injections, and I would need to pay out of pocket. Dr Bill Moore Smith is a superb DR, but the receptionist that sits at the front desk on the left is rude, nasty, unprofessional, and unpleasant! She definitely hates her job and should move on! I’ve been in there three times with my cousin and she is always constantly not a nice person. Just avoid her when you go in! She will put a bad taste in your mouth about the whole practice and that shouldn’t happen because they are all very good doctors

I was recommended by my school nurse as I thought this was a clinic for my public school. I had a Baker's cyst and wanted to confirm that. Dr. Smith saw me for maximum of 10 minutes after I had x-rays and waited over an hour in the examination room. The bill was over $600. I tried to get them to reduce my part of $300 but they would not hear of it. Very disappointed. Dr. Smith and his colleagues have moved and are settling into their new offices on Riverfront Pkwy. Any such move is chaotic from a logistics perspective, but all seems well. Dr. Moore and his fantastic staff have been taking care of my PCP and athletic injury issues for several decades. They are wonderful to work with on a professional level, and are just great people. I am very grateful for their attentive care and their kind friendships.
