Relaxed experience thanks to Jamie
We drove 3 hours to the dealership and it was so worth it. Jaime Jackson is a sweetheart and helped us get the car we want at a good price. The whole process was fun, no stress, honest and transparent. I highly recommend Jamie and this dealership.

Did not like the pressure tactics. Considering my credit was pretty good almost excellent, I think I should’ve received a better interest rate than what they gave me… 6.45%. That is pretty high. Going to look for a cheaper finance company… they asked for more down payment which I did, & in return I should’ve received a much better/lower interest rate.
They posted a price and then later emailed to say it was a mistake, but even after that email reply the car is still listed at the "mistake" lower price days later. Complete bait and switch.
"My son and I visited this dealership. During the price negotiation, the sales representative appeared unhappy and made an unprofessional comment: 'If you don't buy the car, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it! This left us with a disappointing impression of the customer service."

Professional and sharp young salesman, Seth, answered all our questions. He was a walking expert on the 3 different models we scrutinized. From all observations, the team of reps were genuinely interested in manners and accommodating the buyers. Seth is very patient and lends a good hear. We are still pondering what might work for our needs and will keep an eye on his inventory.
Everything went smoothly up to the point where we went into the financial office keep in mind the car was already paid for and she thought we were on our way home but he put on the hard sell for extended warranty and that is totally unnecessary
