Dealer is straightforward about the details of the vehicle including availability for test driving.
Dealership was very responsive (Don) and had a nice selection of clean cars. They did as much as they could to make me a deal but we just weren't quite ready to buy. Will be back to them when we are ready.

Salesperson friendly, wanted to make the car right by fixing the sunroof. Called to let me know that someone bought the car out of the service department. Was disappointed that I was not offered a chance to buy it at a discount as-is since I had shown interest first.
Quick response from the manager. Straight forward and reasonable price and negotiations.
Emailed me back said that it had sold . emailed me the next day,to set up a test drive.I asked for more pictures,and then remembered they said it had sold . then I emailed back saying that I thought it had sold. 2 days later,still No response.

Sorry about not being able to take a credit card for the entire purchase David. Unfortunately the credit card companies just charge to much of a fee and we do not want to pass that along to our customers. We hope you are enjoying your new Fusion. Thanks for the feedback.
