Car wasn't there when I arrived
pleasant to talk with, however unmoving on price when compared to two other vehicles of same mileage. they do not participate in certified used hondas as well.

refused to give me an idea of how much they wanted for the car. Just wanted a ballpark figure before I drove to go see it. When a dealer can't do that I avoid them.
fair price easy to close deal
It was awesome working with them. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a car there ( we live in Columbus) I would recommend them without reservation.
Exchanged a couple of emails after my test drive. Initial deal offer did not include deducting my trade-in value which I found odd.
