I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Annapolis Honda and my experience was a positive one. The sales representative, Keith Steward who worked with my wife and I was very friendly and easy going. I appreciated Keith helping to make the sales experience a positive one!
Zero Stars Had all the financing in place from my bank and shipping. I signed a purchase order. My bank had the paper work started and asked for a copy of the title to secure the loan. Germain Honda could not produce the title. My salesman said he would look in to the problem, because they should have the title if they are selling the vehicle. Never heard back from salesman. We were one thousand dollars apart my offer was 79.000 out the door

I believe the guy’s name was Mike, he was great! Showed us the 2 cars we requested to test drive. No pressure or hounding us, just let us decide. Even though my husband and I did not make a purchase I would still definitely recommend this dealership.

We drove out of our way to see a car that was $4k more than advertised because of accessories. So crocked. ASK before you go! They admit that is not the actual price of the car once you get there. The sales “manager” was rude, showed up out of no where after the nice person we were working with. No warm hand off, just said other guy got busy. He made no apologies for the fact that the lower price gets you in the door but there is a tiny footnote on site. Made no attempt to show us our trim models that were in our price range... read more
The dealership is very nice and well staffed. The appointment for a test drive was easy to set up. Once there they had the vehicle ready to drive. The sales team was a pleasure to deal with. I did make the purchase with same day delivery.
