I have owned 4 Land Rovers from Knauz Motors, and they have been spectacular to work with. I decided to give Land Rover Hinsdale a shot and it has been the worst experience in purchasing a car. I bought a used 2012 LR4 that did not have both keys, and I was told that was not their problem, then I took it into Knauz to have them check it out and found that the left front tire only had 40% of tread left (only one tire was like that?) so I had to Purchase two new tires. The owner of this place is really selfish! He literally is making his employees come in at 5 in the morning on this freezing Monday we are going to have and he doesn't care cause he's not gonna be outside cleaning the snow. Why doesn't he think about his employees and there family's back at home and the risk they are taking by driving to work at that time knowing that the snow plows don't start that early ! I hate this place
