There is a reason why I go back to the same place I bought my rover even though I live in Lake Zurich -- Hinsdale Land Rover has been very good to me from the very beginning; the sales people, the service managers & the service techs. While I was sorry to hear Linda (service) retired, I completely recommend Steve (service). He listens to the details and follows through personally.
