Today, I made the decision to take the plunge and step my game up and get into a 2020 Land Rover Evoque! He's patient, kind, and very knowledgable of every vehicle, and was very helpful through all the steps in the ordering and buying process. My partner and I took the train 16 hours to pick up a vehicle we saw online. Obviously we were nervous about the transaction. Nancy Schmitz was our sales lady and made sure we had a ride from station to dealership. Once we arrived vehicle was nicer than shown online. The new Bill Jacobs facility was very impressive from coffee station to showroom. The team was more than accommodating to all of our needs. Top notch operation.
