Deanna is absolutely the best at Bill Jacobs service! I came in with that “it’s making a noise” complaint. They took my car in, sent me to work in a brand new car for a loaner, and then took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong with my car - and fixed it. Bonus - covered in the CPO warranty!! Great experience every time I go there. Deanna made me fell like the whole staff there was focused only on me and my car.

Mo in service is the best
Excellent customer service and very knowable in the service department. I worked with John on addressing some recalls on my car and they were perfect in explaining everything. Gave me a beautiful loaner to use until my car was done. Dealership and service area was very clean and I was helped right away. very pleased
