I took my wife’s car in for service. John Stout made the experience absolutely spectacular! I’m blown away with the level of service provided. My wife’s purchase was an experiment to see if we will commit to this brand and I must say, between our salesman, Khalil and John in service, we are going to be lifelong BMW owners. That’s right Khalil, you’re phone will be ringing soon because I’m going to be due for an upgrade! 👍

Dean K. was my service person and provided exceptional service, advice and most importantly looked at my situation (being stranded on the road with my dog) and bent over backwards to get me back on the road that day. Jeff Hulsebus from Bill Jacob's Service Department was exceptional! He always kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and answered all of my questions. He truly understands the meaning of customer service and I am glad he was my service advisor. I highly recommend not only Bill Jacob's Service Department but also Jeff. I cannot say enough about Bill Jacobs BMW. After a horrible experience with a different local BMW dealership (that we had purchased a brand new vehicle at) we decided to start taking our vehicles to Bill Jacobs. Hands down the BEST customer service we’ve ever had! John (service) was SUCH a huge help. He was quick, thorough and beyond kind. Knowing I was on a tight schedule he made sure to take care of everything in an efficient manner with a smile on his face! Such a breath of fresh air.
