Dean at Bill Jacobs BMW in the service department could not have been more helpful. He talked me through each step and option for maintenance on my car, made sure i was comfortable with everything and kept me up to date with every step while my car is being worked on! He made sure i had adequate transportation and just made the whole experience wonderful and stress free. If you need anything done on your car, i HIGHLY recommend having DEAN assist you!
