I can’t say enough good things about the sales and service team. I originally purchased a 5 series at another dealer 3 years ago but these guys stepped in when I was having a service issue a day after purchase. They took care of me big time. So much so that in the last year we picked up two cars from them. Mike Collins on the service side always takes care of what I need and is quick with his service team to get me back on the road. Horrible service people to deal with: my new X3 wonders all over the road, obvious issues with alignment/steering - they wouldn't even take the car in, and wouldn't even let me show obvious problem, because their technician sees no issues, which really means they don't want to bother or have no skills to fix it. Very pushy for good reviews though, overall feels like dealing with a scam.
