Was told over and over a sales person named "Sam" would contact me. Never heard from him. I call back and the SUV was sold. I was then told about a newer one (2009 suburban) he would send me info on. Never got it either.

Purchased a CTS-V coupe from Bill Jackson. Did the purchase over the phone. Sales Rep. sent video's and mentioned that said that it seem a little loud. Wife picked it! No one mentioned the fact that the previous owner (someone) had removed the muffler and the pipes were straight from the catalytic converters. Acted as if they didn't know! The dealership was really no help! Wouldn't even discount the replacements. Would not recommend purchasing based on this dealers integrity!!!
Rececieved an email from them on how import my busniees was & Sale Rep would contact me...never did despite a foolow-up effort a week laterr. Terrible Customer Care at this Dealership...shows what kind of treatment you''l get & what their Service would be like....go some-where else.

I think I got a pretty good deal with them.I think they were alittle slow on serving me.
Received a reply from them the same day I contacted them. Answered all my questions quickly and with courtesy. I highly recommend this dealer and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
