Honest and upfront about a truck I was looking at online, went to the trouble of sending me more photos of flaws i couldn't see online.
The Dealer has been awesome. They are very personal, very competent, and excellent communicators. So far we could not be happier with our experience.
Nothing but good things to say, when something went wrong with the original vehicle I was trying to buy, they stepped up in a big way to accommodate me. Mickey, my sales rep, was great. They even stayed late on Saturday to be sure I got the transaction completed before the manufacturer rebates ran out. Can honestly say I'll be back!!
Great customer service. Sam Johnson went above and beyond. May regret not buying this one, because I fell in love with it. Decided to go with a newer model, but I really love this truck and the quality of service and help I received.
