My truck has been in multiple times and several times for the same issue. Things happen to break after I've picked up my truck. They have broken parts and half xxx fixed them. Just picked up my truck and my dashboard isn't even fully put back together. And now I have a new issue I didn't have before I dropped it off.
Great service every time I go to this facility, they go above and beyond, from salesman to service department.
Bill Hood Nissan is a great place to do business with. Always great work. They know just what the problem is and fixes it.
Seems to be better service personnel and probably will go back for future service on my vehicle

Tony has always been professional with me. His no nonsense approach to getting me all the information I need by being able to answer my questions allows me to make the best decisions on what services I need to get done.
Kent Dees explains exactly what is needed and why. That is much appreciated. Very professional.
Friendly, willing to help, thorough, quick service, and always welcoming. My only complaint is I noticed that one of the caps on my tire where air goes in was missing after the last service. I’m sure that was just an oversight though and hoping they’ll replace next time I’m in.
