I dont understand what is the purpose of making an appointment? I ask the service advisor that because they had a lot of cars ahead of me . I paid for my vehicle before it was service because they got my vehicle mix up. I was charged wrong .
Very nice and helpful in addressing my issues Costumer service is excellent and satisfied my need.
