They quickly analyzed got the parts ordered and fix the problem in a timely matter.
I had more help from the dealership than the main 1 800 number. They went out of their way to get the customer taken care of. From getting me into a courtesy car and getting the job done in a timely matter.

Somehow I drove my car home with the exact same issues as when I brought it in. After paying over 1400 dollars and Carshield paying over $1000 you would expect to drive home a vehicle running great. Now I feel like it is necessary to purchase another vehicle. The $1400 I paid would have been a good down payment on a new one but as it turned out, I have a vehicle running real bad and now I have no down payment for a new one.
