The recent purchase by the Georgia company has wrecked this company. My van was in the shop weeks ago for 3 days and never got looked at. They've now had it for another 7 days and nothing was done to it. No communication from them on what's going on. Calls go unanswered, hung up on me twice. Left 4 messages and none returned. I had to physically stop in to get and answer and when I did I saw others dealing with the same thing. Their new policy doesn't allow them to let non-warranty customers drive dealer vehicles.
