Great experience with service department and staff. I was told a month by others and the manager here got me in right away and it was under warranty. They had parts and gave it back to me 3 days earlier than expected. In 2 days they called to say it was ready for pick up! <3

We bought a 2021 Dodge Big Horn truck from Karen Nay on Saturday. This was our 3rd new vehicle purchase from Bill Estes. oh my goodness, I would recommend EVERYTHING about them!! This was an awesome experience for us. I needed to sleep before going to work the night we bought our Jeep Compass and Karen Nay took care of us!! Less than 2 hours and we were out the door with our Jeep!! I would and have already recommended them to friends and people that have asked where we shopped. My husband is very happy and that is a difficult feat to obtain. Thank you so very much!!
I came in Friday afternoon to look at a truck I had found online that I’d been looking for for a while. When I got there I found out it was just sold. Bummer but Eli and I can’t remember the General Managers name definitely made it right and got me in my dream truck for an awesome deal. They stayed an hour after closing to try to get everything done. They really went above and beyond to put me in my dream truck. I highly recommend Eli Fisher

Huge HUGE thank you to Todd for assisting me with my new 2020 JLU Rubicon! Not only did he assist me mainly through text message while I was battling a very serious illness, but he also found the exact Wrangler I wanted and got it transported from Colorado to the dealership for me!
