If I could give zero stars, I would. The gentlemen running/selling in the Bill Estes used vehicles department at this location were both dishonest and under handed. My wife and I spent a great deal of time in travel and in negotiations, only to have to vehicle sold right out from under us an hour before our scheduled pickup time. We purchased our vehicle from Bill Estes on October 18th and had an overall positive experience. We paid cash in full on the day of purchase and were told to expect the title within 30 days (as per Indiana law). It’s been 55 days and we have yet to receive the title after talking to the title clerk and salesman multiple times. great place to trade / friendly homie atmosefer
Had my vehicle in about a month ago to get an alternator installed. Since I got it back my car has a horrible vibration 60-70mph. Took my car to a tire shop. Got all wheels checked for balance and everything’s fine. Thought maybe a cv joint. Everything checks out. Called the dealership service department multiple times and left voicemails trying to resolve this issue. Have yet to be contacted back.
