Highly do not recommend taking your car here. We recently had taken our Jeep in to do a full inspection. Online it told us that it was going to be $40 for a full inspection then on paperwork we were given at the end with our “total” said 145 for an inspection which did seem reasonable I know this can cost some money which is fine but still very misleading since online said something completely different when setting up the appointment. I tried three times, on three consecutive days to get service on my brand new vehicle. The manager Andrew even said he would give it his "personal attention." Never got a call back from the service department nor Andrew. I have lights going off on my dash board, plus a scratch on my hood that was to be addressed if I purchased this vehicle. I've dealt with Bill Estes for both my own service and recently along with my friend who was buying a truck. Both times were awful.Most recently I went with my friend and the entire process was unacceptable. The saleswoman wouldn't get numbers run while we were there due to a time constraint, so we asked if she could have then run and emailed to us which she agreed. Never got an email. BRAKE SAFETY ISSUES UNRESOLVED. Brought in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee to have new rotors & brake pads put on a few weeks ago. Made appointment, dropped it off, wrote on drop off ticket need oil change, new pads & rotors. They waited until about an hour before service center closed & let me know my car was ready. They charged me for an oil change. They said I didn’t need new pads or rotors (they were grinding, shaking, squealing). He said they did a visual inspection, but not a drive inspection.
