We bought a new 2019 Acadia from here last year. Our rims have a manufacture defect (this was what they said was wrong with them. That it was an issue was GMC), and they wanted us to contact management to get it covered or pay for it ourselves. I can't get through to management, leave messages with no response. They are pretty much just ignoring the issue. Hopefully they get back with us soon, but it's been over a month of back and forth and everyone seems to have no idea what is going on.

horrible service brought the car in knowing it had a cracked cue screen that needed to be replaced. I have a full coverage warranty in which they informed me it was covered. they tell me they need to run a diagnostics and charge me a service charge basically $100 to check the whole car which I didn't request. held my car 3 days just to tell me the cue screen was on back order to come pick it up. call me 1 time 2 weeks later I missed the call because I work 3rd. the next morning im text and told i need to call asap to set the... read more
