Called about getting a oil change and tires rotation on my Jeep. Asked how much it was going to cost so I️ would have a idea was told 69$. So repeated what she said she said yes 69$ for oil change and tire rotation. Go get my jeep taken care of and ended up being charged 83$. Not right at all. The Staff at Bill Dodge, are great. Starting with Monica, who makes the checking in of your vehicle a smooth experience. The three staff behind the Service Desk Bob, Curtis, and Eric. They listen to your questions and concerns to ensure all of your expectations are met. Bob, called to keep me in the loop while my vehicle was in the shop for a few days. Can't say enough, hats off to Bill Dodge Cadillac.
Incredible integrity. They use KBB to appraise their vehicles, both outbound and in. Transparent is the best I could describe it. They offered more for by trade than any other dealer and then was able to get me financed through a trusted local credit Union at half the rate my FCU was offering.
