As of today I will be a former customer. I paid for a service plan of 4 oil changes and I only received 2 before they tied to look for a loop hole/ and lied to me about it. When you pay in advance for something it should be honored. I have bought a vehicle from them and have always taken it to be serviced there , but now will not. I brought this to their attention and they did not seem to care.

RecommendedI have had a few issues and communication struggles with this company, mainly the sales and finance teams. However, they have always done their best to make it right. The service team is fantastic, shout out to Art for killin it. Wife needs a new car soon, will definitely be back!
