Poor customer service,, Poor customer communication.
They left my vehicle unlocked in the back of their unmonitored lot for over a week. Multiple items were stolen from it. They were rather unapologetic and showed little to no empathy, other than offering to call WPD for me. Theft is a huge problem there, but they don't seem to take even the smallest steps to protect their customers belongings.

It is unfortunate that sometimes theft and vandalism occur in any society – having said this – we do not as normal protocol secure external equipment left in truck beds such as tool boxes – hopefully insurance covers this for you. We do appreciate your business very much and wish you the best.

I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they found me a great car! They did not have it in their inventory and actually obtained it from another dealer for me. I did not feel pressured, or as if I was being taken advantage of, as I have in other car buying situations. Thanks, Mia, and all others who helped me!
