Awful experience with the gmc service today. They tried telling me that it's normal for my vehicle to have no oil on the dip stick at the time it's do for an oil change. They charged me almost 60 bucks and told me that I need to add oil to it every 1000 miles??? And that I needed to drive there every 1000 miles so they can check it what sense does it make to spend 60 on an oil change and another 5 bucks on a quart of oil every 1000 miles
We recently purchased a vehicle from Bill Dodge. It was truly one of the best car buying experiences both my husband and I have ever had. John Bolling was great! He worked with is to find just the right car for our family, was very pleasant, and did his best to get us a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning customers.
The only thing good about this dealership is that at least the manager Mark (Saco used car lot) is actually trying to help my mother in law. She is now on her 3rd pick from your lot, first two were a wash and had issues. 3rd one, she picked out Wed 7-6-16....Mark took the van immediately to service dept to go thru it saying he would tell them no other option but to get right to work on the van. I had been looking on and off for over a year at new trucks and just recently purchased a new Sierra from Michelle Prescott. Michelle was great to work with. Made an appointment to meet with Seth Taylor and arrived a little early so that I could check out some of the models on the lot. Seth was with another couple that had arrived just before me, but I was helped by Scott Penny and together the two were able to answer questions I had about the Sonatas on the lot, both 2015 and 2016. I had to cut things short as I had an appointment in Scarborough, but will be stopping by the dealership again soon to finish finding the right car for me and sealing the deal!
