The Bill Dodge Collision Center offers expert collision repair service backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs as long as you own your vehicle. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

Michael Tambone really took the time to listen to what we wanted. When I let him know that we weren't looking for anything fancy - just solid reliable transportation he didn't try to push us into a car with all of the bells and whistles. He was respectful and very thorough. If you are looking for a new vehicle - but don't like dealing with pushy sales people - go and see Mike you will be pleasantly surprised. While John Bolling was Amazing. I am less than impressed. I bought a jeep 2 weeks ago and am now having tranny issues. Took it back to be checked and was told they test drove and felt it chatter when in reverse so they called a service manager at another dealership to ask about it, and was told it was normal for that yr and the mileage. Really it's normal for a transmission to chatter in reverse. I don't think so.I will never buy anything from Bill Dodge again. I would NEVER recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership. I bought my $40,000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE with damage inside the car; being told that at my first oil change it would be fixed at no charge to me. When i brought the suv in for that oil change and to have these pieces fixed the service department tried to charge me over $1500 to fix this. I have been on the phone with over 6 different people trying to figure out how this was overlooked, and have been made to feel as though i have NO idea what I'm talking about... read more
