The Bill Dodge Collision Center offers expert collision repair service backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs as long as you own your vehicle. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

My sales person was personable, polite, pleasant and great to deal with. The rest of the team and management is another matter. Where I come from a verbal agreement is as good as a contract! I had an appointment for my husband to go buy me a car and someone else on the team sold my car and I was told that's just the car business way!!!!!!!! Wrong answer??????? Stay away from the Saco location unless you want to get burned like I did$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Dishonest dealer. I bought a new GMC truck with a scratch on the door. They confirmed in writing that they would fix it. After three attempts the sales manager David Lamarre told me that it keeps getting worse and if I don't like it that way it is to hire an attorney. The truck was also empty on fuel when I picked it up. Worst vehicle buying experience ever. I would recommend anyone needing to buy a new Chevy or GMC to go to Banks in Concord, NH
These guys were very open to me on everything! They took the time to listen and work with getting things in order. Definitely a great place to buy, new or used!!
I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service we received! This was my first time getting a BMW and the group was superb, especially Brittney and Chris, who went out of their ways to be ultra responsive, helpful and make me feel like I was the only customer that mattered. If we had a 1PM car trial, they'd line up all cars in advance, be ready for me upon getting there and make it seamless - I never questioned costs as everything was very transparent! I was looking to trade in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma so I looked online at a 2012 GMC Sierra SLT on 03/01/2017 and They responded back to me the next day. I also saw a 2014 GMC Sierra SLE that caught my interest. I came in on the 3rd to test drive the both cars. She was so personable and accommodating during the hours we spent together trying to make the deal right for me. I never felt pressured and she would have supported any decision I made.
