The Bill Dodge Collision Center offers expert collision repair service backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs as long as you own your vehicle. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

Went in for my first oil change, told them my tires were wearing. They inspected and agreed, only one passed. But tough luck for me, even though it only has 8,634 miles on it Nissan will not replace. Update, I got new tires yesterday, thanks to Bill Dodge Saco for listening and standing behind me. The service department could not have been nicer yesterday.
When i bought my 5th pickup from them they said that my business would be pleasant i have tryied to buy another vehicle from the use car side and the service sucked the salesman was a douch and the manager was a total ass would not work with me on a price and the truck i have now had an ac problem with it since i bought it and they wont fix it so now im being told i have to pay for it well i dont think so scooter that was the last straw i am definitely dont with bill dodge they will no longer get my business

Having bought cars elsewhere, I can say for certain that my experience at BMW has changed my mind on the car buying process. I was treated with respect and dignity- unlike my previous experiences. Extremely disappointed. They stuck an inspection sticker on a vehicle I purchased without doing an inspection. I took the vehicle for an inspection elsewhere and there was $1000 worth of work that needed done including wheel bearings so Bill Dodge did the work at no charge, even though they tried to charge me. We have taken the vehicle in on multiple occasions for both oil changes and to look at a noise coming from the front end. Multiple times we have been told nothing was wrong. I had a sluggish turbo. They said it was due to a sticking waste gate valve and a leaking tube and old gaskets. I fixed it and asked if it would fix my sluggish turbo problem. They said yes. A week later, my engine seized because there was no oil in it. I had it towed back to them and they didn't even take it into their shop to investigate. They said there were no replacement engines available (A lie I discovered when I called Cumberland Salvage myself and located several instantly).
