Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your collision repair experience. We have a 30,000 square foot facility and are one of the largest I-CAR Gold Shops in New England. We have the only certified BMW repair shop in ME/NH and are also certified by BMW for aluminum structural repairs.

Went over after talking to jake Turner who deals in used cars. He recommended for my wife an i to talk to kayla in used cars. She was amazing to deal with.
Called on a vehicle, woman told me it was excellent shape, on way down sales manager calls me, he tells me how great a truck it is and nothings wrong with it. Pull into the lot and their salesman devon tells me how great a truck it is and that they just went through the whole thing, changed all the fluids, yet oil on the dipstick was all rusty, and the oil filter had a layer of rust clearly showing it wasnt changed. DON'T GET SERVICE HERE!! They charge you through the teeth for things that they lied to you about charging you for! Also watch out for the 10% FEE they ADD to ALL service repairs or not! They make up bogus claims about the reason why something is wrong with your car. Their reasons are illogical and make no sense! They also go on to tell you that what was told to you is not what that person actually said when they were not even there! Find another KIA dealer!!!
Do your research and don't be fooled by the green 'sales' tag! I bought a used vehicle and then found out it was worth $2k less than I paid. They justified their price and compared it to a new vehicle and did not offer to do anything. It took 3 hours to get paperwork from finance even though I have a credit score over 700.
i recently purchased a Cadillac here and had 2 issues both were resolved professionally and bob in the service dept was awesome no wonder gmc is pro grade is because of your people like bob thanks again mike gamash
