Overpriced vehicle, wouldn't negotiate.
the dealership are okay but the GM bank are a nightmare it take almost 3 week just to process my loan and i still didn't have my car yet.
I dealt with their CS, and they were very friendly, but they didn't have what I was looking for.
Did email back a couple times but never responded after my last email with any suggestions.
Spoke to one person on the phone, asked for them when I arrived but some other person came out. Looked at a car alone then came back with spouse to look at it another day but it was already sold even though I called to check on it just before coming in. They told me to come in to see it even though it was unavailable.
They were excellent. We worked out a price, and they took care of a couple of issues with the car and we made the deal happen. The Salesman came in on his day off on two different days. Great job.
