Good policy of letting us drive the two minivans in question, and to take our time to allow a third party to take a closer look at the vans. We ended up purchasing the 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Plus, with about 9,000 miles on it. One frustration was the low tolerance for negotiating the price. That's why the 3 stars.

Poor customer service, found a vehicle online, visited, test drove it, waited over a week for a couple questions to be answered, only to be told another customer is looking at it so I better move. Also wanted me to pay for a broken part on it instead of including in the deal. There is many dodge dealers around. Try your luck elsewhere.
When contacted by the dealer, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Asked for the paperwork to be emailed to me and was willing to stop by within two days and pick up the car. That was the last time I heard from the dealer. I sent several emails, but no received no response. Do not trust this outfit. Very shady.

I emailed with the dealership to set up a time to test drive the car. I drove an hour and 15 minutes only to find out that the car was not available. On the next business day, I received two emails. The first email asked me if I was still interested and if I wanted to set up a test drive. The second email stated that I did not show up for the test drive and asked me to reschedule a time to come in. Responded very quickly and still working with them.
David was great to work with and between David, Moe, and myself - negotiated a great win-win deal on the Raptor. David readily provided all the information and detailed photos I needed to justify the adventure of driving from NC to MA to secure this deal. A dealership worth doing business with!
They wouldn't let me leave without getting the price down so low we had the buy it, my only regret is that I didn't tell them I needed the price even lower. Check the window sticker and ASK THE SALESMEN ABOUT THE OPTIONS, the sticker isn't always correct
